Product and sales phone support for Microsoft is a massive operation, operating all over the world, 24 hours a day. Keeping each team member current on products, policies and consistent in language, terms and process requires continual evaluation, simulation and practice.


To support Microsoft in these efforts, we developed an evaluation simulator with a series of modules, scenarios and games to help inform, practice and evaluate knowledge of each individual team member.
